How To Use

Moisten face with splashes of warm water. Spray Perk Up Toner onto cotton pad until moist or palm of hand (3-4 sprays). A little goes a long way! Massage into face and neck working in a circular movement. No need to rinse, you are all done! Follow up with Perk Up Serum.
