Returns Policy

Keep in mind, all orders are made to order. Since they are handmade, please allow 2-4 days processing time. If you receive an incorrect order in error it may be refunded or replaced if unopened within 10 days of delivery. If items are damaged, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS) for a refund. All shipments are insured up to $100.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please use the return options found in email confirmation or email us at sorefreshedhelp@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping


Shipping normally takes place up to 3-5 business days after order has been shipped. Please make sure you have included the correct shipping address. We are unable to reroute an order once it has been shipped. It will be your responsibility to retrieve items sent to the wrong address.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
