Returns Policy


We do not offer refunds at this time. Keep in mind, all orders are freshly made from scratch when placed. Once we receive your order, we quickly pull ingredients to be sure our inventory is correct. Please allow 4-6 business days for processing. If you receive an incorrect product, please email a picture of what was sent in error and we will gladly send out the correct product.

Lost & Damaged Items

If items are damaged, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS or Fedex) for a refund. Most shipments are insured up to $100.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was delivered and it’s missing or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost or stolen package claim.

Wholesale & Private Labeling 

Please contact info@sorefreshed.com for all private label and wholesale inquiries. All orders are final for wholesale and private labeling. There are no exceptions.    

Shipping

Shipping normally takes up to 3-5 business days after order has been shipped. Please make sure you have included the correct shipping address. We are unable to reroute an order once it has been shipped. It will be your responsibility to retrieve items sent to the wrong address. If your package is returned, we can send it back out to you after the shipping cost has been paid. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some skincare products. Currently, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
