Returns & Refund Policy

All orders are freshly made from scratch when placed. Once we receive your order, we quickly pull ingredients to be sure our inventory is correct. Please allow 3 - 4 business days for processing. If you receive an incorrect product, please email a picture of what was sent in error and we will gladly send out the correct product.

All returns must be in original packaging with seals intact. You have seven days to return unopened package in order to receive refund. If there is a major holiday, please add an additional day to return to us. Please allow up to seven days to receive refund. 

 

Lost & Damaged Items

01.) Please add Route to your order. This will be the platform to use for ALL lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you fail to add this you will experience a longer processing time with carriers.

02.) If items are damaged, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS or Fedex) for a refund. Most shipments are insured up to $100.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was delivered and it’s missing or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost or stolen package claim.

 

Wholesale & Private Labeling 

Please contact info@sorefreshed.com for all private label and wholesale inquiries. All orders are final for wholesale and private labeling. There are no exceptions.

   

Shipping

Outside of holiday times, shipping normally takes up to 2 - 4 business days after order has been shipped. Please make sure you have included the correct shipping address. We are unable to reroute an order once it has been shipped. It will be your responsibility to retrieve items sent to the wrong address. If your package is returned, we can send it back out to you after the shipping cost has been paid. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some skincare and feminine products. Currently, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

WARNING: If you are pregnant or nursing, or have sensitive skin, allergies or any serious medical conditions, do not use these products unless advised by a physician or medical professional that it is safe. A skin patch test is always recommended prior to use.
